The mission of the Small Business Enterprise Pennsylvania Supportive Services Center is to provide the training, technical assistance, and business development services to SBE firms to enable them to acquire the proficiency, experience and expertise necessary to compete on an equal basis with non-SBE firms for PennDOT contracts and subcontracts.
